• I hope that everyone had a great Christmas and Santa brought you your favorite Harley part.  Friday is supposed to be cold but dry, so I think I’ll take a ride over to Micheal’s Restaurant in Pickens so we can stay close to the ranch.  If you want to join me, let’s plan to leave the Key Mart parking area about 10:30 AM Friday morning.  Hope to see you there.          Dan

• Since someone mentioned the Gumlog joint last week, I got to thinking that might be a good place to go, so let’s head on over to The Gumlog BBQ & Fish Lodge, which is north of I85 near Lavonia, GA.  If you’re up for a ride, let’s plan to leave the Key Mart parking area about 10:30 AM, this Friday.  Hope you can make it.      Dan

• Another great ride today, cool at the beginning, but very sunny. Riders on this ride were Dan, Leslie, Len, Mark, Russ, Wes, Paul, Kevin, Murray, Ed, and me.  The lunch at the Gumlog was very good and so was the service.  Fish was the most popular dish for the day.

• This Friday I thought we could head on over to Toccoa, GA and try out BJ’s Family Restaurant.  If it is not a good spot for our group, we always have the Cornerstone Restaurant as backup.  I believe they are on the same street.  Want to brave the unseasonable cold for a ride, then join us about 10:30 AM at the Key Mart parking area this Friday.               Dan
