- The temperatures are creeping up for Friday, however, on a recent drive to Highlands I noticed there is still a lot of ice on the north side of the roads in the mountains, so I’m staying south for a little longer. My plan is to scoot around until I end up at the Islander Pub and Grill in Pendleton, SC. If you would like to join me let’s plan to leave the Key Mart parking area about 10:30 AM.
